Pleasant Valley Implementation Plan

ESA Adolfson assisted in the development of natural resource protection regulations as follow-up implementation on the Oregon American Planning Association award-winning Pleasant Valley Concept Plan. The Pleasant Valley Implementation Plan provided the implementing regulations and land-use master plan for development of a 1,500-acre addition to the regional urban growth boundary. ESA Adolfson conducted the inventory of wildlife, riparian, and wetland resources and assisted in preparation of the implementing regulations. ESA Adolfson helped to develop an ordinance to protect fish and wildlife habitat and require low-impact development practices throughout the plan area.
