Natural Sciences
ESA Adolfson’s natural sciences group assists
clients in evaluating and managing wetlands, streams, fish and wildlife
habitat, endangered species, estuaries, and shoreline resources.
Our scientists and landscape architects work with project engineers,
architects, and planners to resolve permitting issues and facilitate
responsible and practical land use development. Through our excellent
reputation and relationships with the permitting agencies, we are
able to help clients develop project alternatives and successful
mitigation.
We are always up-to-date with changes in environmental
permitting requirements for federal, state, and local agencies and
jurisdictions. From updating critical areas ordinances using “best
available science” to analyzing project effects on threatened
species of salmonids, we demonstrate a high level of accuracy, integrity,
and competence in developing workable solutions.
