Mazama Pocket Gopher Management Plan

ESA Adolfson provided environmental services to support Westbay Construction’s proposed mixed-use development (Glenmore Village) on a 17-acre site in Thurston County. ESA Adolfson staff prepared a Mazama pocket gopher habitat management plan for the Glenmore Village project site to satisfy requirements of the County’s land-use approval process. The habitat management plan describes existing site conditions, habitat requirements of the Mazama pocket gopher, and management guidelines to minimize development impacts on pocket gopher habitat. ESA Adolfson assisted the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife in trapping and relocating Mazam pocket gophers.
