For Linn County, ESA provided project management and coordination services for a 10,000 acre area with mixed land uses encompassing the floodplain surrounding the confluence of the McKenzie and Willamette Rivers. Work tasks included coordinating with the project’s steering committee and assisting with the planning of aquatic and riparian habitat restoration projects. ESA also worked with the Watershed Council to plan, seek funding, and implement collaborative fish and wildlife habitat restoration projects in the Confluence Area.
