Tukwila Shoreline Master Program Update

The City of Tukwila is completing a comprehensive update of its shoreline master program per Washington State Department of Ecology guidelines. ESA led development of the shoreline inventory and characterization report which described the city’s highly urbanized Green River shorelines. Other project components included development of a GIS map folio and a shoreline restoration plan for the Green River. ESA is currently assisting City staff with development of shoreline environment designations and updating SMP goals, policies, and regulations.
