Roosevelt High School EIS

Seattle School District, Seattle, Washington

The Seattle School District proposed redevelopment of historic Roosevelt High School, in Seattle. This highly controversial project is located in a residential neighborhood. ESA authored and managed a SEPA EIS, coordinated the work of traffic and historic resource subconsultants, and successfully defended the EIS during appeal. ESA also assisted the Seattle School District during Departure Committee and Master Use Permit review, and prepared a supplemental report on final revisions to parking on the northwest portion of the site.
