The U.S. Navy in Poulsbo, Washington, has issued multiple task orders for environmental and permitting services at numerous sites in the Puget Sound area. For seven years, ESA served the Navy by providing NEPA, Endangered Species Act, and other permitting services under an IQC. We prepared NEPA EISs, EAs, Section 7 BAs, Coastal Consistency Determinations, Section 106 and 110 documentation for the National Historic Preservation Act, and Corps 404 and 401 permits for port facilities, upland support facilities, range operation plans, and training programs. ESA managed multiple, parallel task order assignments within budget and met schedule milestones. Sample task orders include: Fox Island Laboratory EIS, SUBASE Bangor Service Pier EA and BA, Phase I Archaeological and Cultural Survey, and Pier B EA and BA.
