Eastern Oregon

ESA will prepare a biological assessment for bull trout, Endangered Species Act listed threatened species, and potentially, for listed plant species that may be present in the vicinity of five stream crossings of Highway 26 and for the Umatilla River crossing of U.S. Highway 730 in Oregon. ESA is currently delineating wetlands and waterways and will prepare preliminary wetland scoping technical memoranda, describing the general extent of wetlands, and will then delineate wetlands and prepare wetland delineation reports for submittal to ODOT, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Oregon Department of State Lands.
