Orange County Public Works On-Call Environmental, Biological and Regulatory Permitting

ESA Image
With boundaries reaching from the coast to urban and suburban development, and then into mountainous regions and open space, Orange County has an ongoing need to address concerns around development within the California Department of Fish and Wildlife Coastal Zone and the Natural Communities Conservation Plan. They also have to consider the region's threatened and endangered species, sediment and vegetation removal, and construction-related access.

Since 2001, ESA has provided environmental analysis, biological resources assessments, and regulatory permit processing services for the County as their on-call consultant. Over the course of multiple contracts, we have provided biological, environmental, and regulatory permitting services necessary to obtain requisite applicable regulatory permits through the appropriate resource agencies for numerous sites.
