Keeping a stable of skilled environmental planners and scientists on call helps Los Angeles County's Department of Parks and Recreation, located in southern California, to expedite project delivery and keep projects on schedule.

As the County's California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) on-call consultant for parks and recreation projects, ESA provides a variety of environmental services including environmental documentation, mitigation monitoring, biological surveying, Phase I environmental site assessments, and Phase I archaeological surveys. We assist the County with projects ranging from the development of new facilities such as the Pamela County Park Gymnasium; to trails including the Arrastre Canyon Staging Area and Connector Trail; to improvement of existing parks such as the Helen Keller Park Community Building and General Improvements Project.
