Lloyd is a senior planner with expertise in project management, policy development, mitigation planning, and project implementation. In his 25 years of experience, he has managed all phases of environmental compliance for site development projects, and has successfully negotiated complex environmental and land use permits for transportation, water, wastewater, and other infrastructure projects. He is a creative problem-solver and skillful communicator with regulatory agencies and the public.

Sailing in Lake Union and climbing in the Cascades and Olympics are among Lloyd’s favorite pastimes.
