Tom McGuire | Portland Office Director

Tom has over 18 years of experience in environmental planning, resource management, policy development, and land use and environmental permitting. He has a diverse background and experience in all phases of natural resource evaluation and protection. Tom specializes in interpreting and writing complex land use and environmental planning regulations and has extensive experience working with Oregon Statewide Planning Goals, the Washington Growth Management Act, NEPA, NPDES, FEMA, and ESA. Tom also has extensive experience conducting natural resource inventories and wildlife habitat assessments, and brings excellent working relationships with local, state, and federal agency staff in Oregon and Washington.
