Ikuno Masterson, AICP | Director of Planning Services

Ikuno brings over 25 years of experience in land use and environmental policy and strategy development. She has been assisting ESA Adolfson clients implement their projects with NEPA and SEPA compliance, permitting, town center planning, critical areas ordinances and most recently updating their shoreline master programs. In addition to both project and program management in land use and environmental planning, Ikuno offers a wealth of experience in developing workable solutions to complex environmental issues. She served as a key strategist and negotiator on the Tri County Salmon Conservation Coalition and served in local government as environmental and land use policy advisor to Mayors, County Executives, and Department Directors.
