Cathie Conolly,
PWS | Wetland Program Manager
Cathie is an ecologist with 18 years of professional
experience in performing wetland evaluations, botanical fieldwork,
wildlife habitat assessments, and preparing wetland mitigation
and enhancement plans. Cathie is accomplished in the study of rare and endangered
plants, birds, and other wildlife. She has prepared numerous
biological assessments for plant, fish, mammal, and avian species,
and is versed in ESA requirements. Cathie has worked with local jurisdictions
in revising critical areas ordinances. She is on the Advisory
Board and is an instructor in the University of Washington's Wetlands
Science and Management Certificate Program. Cathie provides expert
witness and testimony related to wetlands and wildlife for public
hearings, City council meetings and other legal proceedings.
When she is not working, Cathie likes to travel and take photographs.
